Abstract:Objective To observe efficacy and influences of Reduning injection combined with azithromycin on inflammatory mediators and immune function in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 104 children with mycoplasma pneumonia meeting inclusion criteria from 2011 to 2012 in this hospital were randomly divided into 52 cases of study group and control group,52 in each. The control group was given azithromycin sequential therapy,andthe study group was given azithromycin sequential therapy and Reduning injection, both groups were treated for 14 days.Symptoms and signs wereobserved before and after treatment, improvements timewas recorded,CRP,IL-6,immunoglobulin levels were detected,clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results (1)The total effectiverates in study group and control group were 88.5% and 59.6%, respectively,with a significant difference(χ2=11.260,P<0.01). (2) X line disappearing time of the study group was (10.23±1.82) d, in the control group was (13.35±2.21)d, with significant difference between the two groups (t=6.022, P<0.01). (3) The inflammatory medium and immune function instudy group and control group were not significantly different before treatment; after treatment, the CRP, IL-6, IgM, IgG, IgA of the two groups were significantly different (all P<0.01). Conclusions Reduning injection combined with azithromycin can synergistically control the inflammatory response, enhance immune function,andimprove the clinical efficacy.
