Abstract:Objective To study the risk of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases in patients with cardiac neurosis by comparing the HRV、hs-CRP、TNF-α and EDD with normal controls. Methods The differences of HRV、hs-CRP、TNF-αand EDD between 42 patients with cardiac neurosis (CN group) and 41 normal controls (control group) were observed. Results There were significant differences in parameters of HRV(P<0.05). The result of hs-CRP in CN group was (1.96±0.37)mg/L while that in control group was (1.09±0.24)mg/L,The result of TNF-α in CN group was (21.3±6.5)ng/ml while that in control group was (9.6±2.3)ng/ml, The result of EDD in CN group was (5.25±0.53)% while that in control group was(9.12±2.16)%, Increase of hs-CRP and TNF-α,decrease of EDD in CN group were significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusions There was positive risk of cardio-cerebrovascular disease in patients with cardiac neurosis.
