Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ginaton combined with statins against cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with cerebral infarction treated between January 2018 and January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with oral Ginaton, one or two tablets per time and two or three times a day. The patients in the observation group were treated in the same way, but they took atorvastatin calcium tablets 20 mg orally once a day. The treatment lasted two weeks before the clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group (91.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.00%)(χ2=6.000,P<0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS score, apoB/apoa-l ratio, TC/HDL-C ratio, MDA, IL-6, IL-1 β levels, and the RI, inner diameter and IMT level of the common carotid artery in both groups were significantly decreased, while the SOD level was significantly increased (P<0.05). The above indexes were improved more significantly in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was not significantly different between the two groups group. Conclusions Ginaton combined with statins is effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
