Abstract:Objective To analyze 18 principal clinical indicators of renal function in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy(DN) and to explore a superior evaluation index. Methods 171 DN patients were recruited. Variation and correlation analysis of 18 clinical indexes was conducted, the SCr, BUN, B-beta 2-, U - beta 2-MG, MG, U-U-propagated, U-IgG alpha 1-MG, UA and GFR as nine optimal indicators were selected. Statistical software SAS was used for analysis of principal components. Results With eigenvalues greater than 1 as the principle, three principal components were extracted from the rootie 3.557, 1.403, and 1.007, respectively its the cumulative variance contribution rate was 66.294%. Since the selected three principal components of the cumulative contribution rate had yet to reach more than 85%, 3 principal components were added, thereby the cumulative contribution rate reaching 89.274%. Conclusions Of nine clinical indicators, associated with renal function in patients with type 2 diabetes, the six principal components can reflect most of the information. Based on the degree of variation, correlation and factor loading of principal component evaluation, SCr, BUN, and U-IgG superior evaluation indexes for renal function evaluation in patients with type 2 diabetes.
