Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of leukocytes, lymphocytes and ratio of lymphocytes and the clinical significance in type 2 diabetic patients with dyslipidemia. Methods We collected venous blood from 225 type 2 diabetes patients with dyslipidemia and 109 type 2 diabetes patients with normal lipid, then analyzed difference in blood routine between the two groups. Results (1)The leukocyte count in type 2 diabetes patients with dyslipidemia was[(6.50±1.60)×109/L] and in type 2 diabetes with normal lipid was[(6.30±1.63) ×109/L],the without P value is 0.326( greater than 0.05).statically significant difference.(2)The number of lymphocytes in type 2 diabetes patients with dyslipidemia was[(2.08±0.74)×109/L] and in type 2 diabetes patients with normal lipid was[(1.89±0.60)×109/L,P=0.012],the P value is 0.012 (less than 0.05).(3)The leukocyte tlymphocyte ratio in type 2 diabetes patients with dyslipidemia was(0.32±0.091) and in type 2 diabetes psstients with normal lipid was(0.31±0.089).the P value is0.016 ( less than 0.05).In the two groups, the lymphocyte cell count and leukocyted lymphocyte ratio has statically significant difference Conclusions In patients with type 2 diabetes ,dyslipidemia causes change in the number of lymphocytes and may beengaged in certain inflammatory reaction.
