摘要： 产学协同对于企业绩效提升具有重要作用，但是现有文献忽视了作用过程的研究，其中非常重要的因素就是企业智力资本。在前人研究基础上，本文将产学协同关系分为关联型关系和商业型关系两类，不同的产学协同关系类型对于企业智力资本的影响不尽相同。通过对于177家企业的问卷调研和数据分析，从实证的角度阐明了产学协同关系对于企业智力资本的影响。, 产学协同对于企业绩效提升具有重要作用，但是现有文献忽视了作用过程的研究，其中非常重要的因素就是企业智力资本。在前人研究基础上，本文将产学协同关系分为关联型关系和商业型关系两类，不同的产学协同关系类型对于企业智力资本的影响不尽相同。通过对于177家企业的问卷调研和数据分析，从实证的角度阐明了产学协同关系对于企业智力资本的影响。

Abstract: Industry-University Collaboration(IUC) plays an important role in the improvement of enterprises' performance, but existing literature studies ignored research on process, Intellectual capital is one of important factors. On the basis of previous research, different IUC relations have different influence on enterprises ' intellectual capital. The relationships of IUC will be divided into two categories including Related Relationship and Transactional Relationship.
