平台型企业知识治理与价值共创关系研究

摘要: 平台型企业作为互联网经济时代典型的新组织形态,在促进组织间基于平台的知识活动和价值创造方面优势明显,但从知识治理视角探究平台型企业促进知识共享和价值共创的机制的研究较少。本文在平台情境下分析知识治理对价值共创的影响机制,并探究知识共享在知识治理和价值共创间的中介作用。通过对中国部分平台型企业及其用户的220份问卷数据进行实证检验现,市场型和层级型知识治理对价值共创和知识共享具有积极的影响,社会型知识治理对价值共创和知识发共享的影响不显著;知识共享分别在市场型和层级型知识治理和价值共创的关系中发挥中介作用,在社会型知识治理和价值共创关系中不发挥中介作用。

Abstract: As a typical new organizational form in the era of Internet economy, platform enterprises have shown obvious advantages in promoting knowledge sharing and value creation, but there are few researches on the mechanism of platform enterprises promoting knowledge sharing and value co-creation from the perspective of knowledge governance. Therefore, in the context of platform, this paper analyzes the impact mechanism of knowledge governance on value co-creation, and explores the mediating role of knowledge sharing between knowledge governance and value co-creation. Through the empirical test of 220 questionnaires of some platform enterprises and their users in China, it is found that market and hierarchical knowledge governance have a positive impact on value co-creation and knowledge sharing, while social knowledge governance has no significant impact on value co creation and knowledge sharing; knowledge sharing plays a mediating role in the relationship between market and hierarchical knowledge governance and value co-creation, respectively. It does not play a mediating role in the relationship between social knowledge governance and value co-creation.
