预印本平台的舆论治理困境与应对策略———基于“新型冠状病毒肺炎”事件的反思

Public opinion governance dilemma faced by preprint platforms and corresponding countermeasures: reflection on the “COVID-19”

摘要： 以“新型冠状病毒肺炎”事件中国外生命科学预印本平台medRxiv、bioRxiv引发的舆论事件为例，分析预印本平台的舆论治理困境。研究发现，科研人员的社交式传播、大众媒体的聚焦式传播、普通公众的误读式传播使预印本平台陷入了舆论治理困境。预印本平台应整合平台力量，加强内外联动，增强主体意识，提高传播门槛，积极承担社会责任。

Abstract: Taking the public opinion event of “COVID-19” on foreign life science platforms--medRxiv and bioRxiv as an example, this paper analyzes the public opinion governance dilemma faced by preprint platforms. According to research, the social communication of scientific research personnel, the amplified propagation of mass media and the misleading propagation of ordinary people make preprint platforms trapped into the public opinion governance dilemma. It is needed for preprint platforms to integrate the platform powers, strengthen internal and external linkage, enhance subject consciousness, increase the threshold for propagation and undertake social responsibilities positively.
