人工智能企业何以实现颠覆性创新———基于扎根理论的探索

How can artificial intelligence enterprises achieve disruptive innovation?—— The case study based on grounded theory

摘要： 人工智能与社会经济的深度融合，将为现有技术范式、产业格局和社会生活等带来巨大变革与深远影响，把握新技术领域颠覆性创新的演化特征，帮助企业及时调整技术创新战略规避风险，有利于构筑人工智能先发优势、在国际科技竞争中实现“变轨超车”。以14家人工智能相关企业和机构的深度访谈数据为基础，采用扎根理论并借助质性分析软件NVivo 11来进行资料编码，归纳出技术范式转变、组织动态演化和价值网络创新等实现颠覆性创新的关键因素及其作用机制，构建了人工智能企业颠覆性创新演化的理论模型。分析人工智能企业颠覆性创新产生与演化机理，不仅有助于深化颠覆性创新理论研究，对于企业实现颠覆性创新由技术驱动转向市场推动也具有积极的指导意义。

Abstract: The deep integration of artificial intelligence and social economy will bring great changes and far-reaching influence on the existing technology paradigm, industrial pattern and social life. Grasping the evolutionary characteristics of disruptive innovation in new technology field, helping enterprises adjust their technological innovation strategy in time to avoid risks, is conducive to building the first mover advantage of artificial intelligence and realizing "derailment and overtaking" in international scientific and technological competition.Based on the in-depth interview data of 14 AI related enterprises and institutions, this paper uses the grounded theory and the qualitative analysis software NVivo 11 to code the data, summarizes the key factors and the mechanism of disruptive innovation, such as the transformation of technological paradigm, the dynamic evolution of organization and the innovation of value network, and constructs the theoretical model of disruptive innovation evolution of artificial intelligence enterprises.The analysis of the emergence and mechanism of disruptive innovation in AI enterprises is not only helpful to deepen the theoretical research of disruptive innovation, but also has a positive guiding significance for enterprises to realize disruptive innovation from technology driven to market driven.
