Abstract: Wu li, Shi li, Renli (WSR) has been used to analysis resource integration, cooperation management order and relationship coexistence intimacy of the stability of R&D alliance in this paper. Based on the knowledge characteristics, the finding of this paper has shown that the intellectual property risks which is initiated by the implicit, complexity and systematicness of the knowledge characteristics could affect the stability of R&D alliances. We analysis the mechanism of action, and then, using an empirical research to check out whether our conclusion is right or not.
摘要: 本文运用“物理—事理—人理”的系统方法论(即WSR整合系统方法论),将研发联盟稳定性分为资源整合有效度、协调管理有序度、关系相处亲密度三个层面,基于知识特性的角度,本文认为知识特性的内隐性、复杂性、系统性三个方面引发的知识产权风险会影响研发联盟的稳定性,并对其影响机理进行了分析。最后,通过实证分析检验所获得的研究结论。
