Abstract: Based on the perspective of network, this paper combines knowledge map with theory of knowledge network to analysis mechanism in the knowledge integration process. Based on this, in order to obtain the knowledge integration rules and provide guidance for knowledge integration under difference circumstances, this paper exploits methodology of Social Network Analysis as a key analysis technology to analyze knowledge integration. This paper clarifies knowledge integration process based on perspective of network by simulating knowledge integration process. This will help organization to improve the efficiency of knowledge integration and speed up knowledge creation.

摘要： 基于网络视角结合知识地图、知识网络理论剖析知识整合过程机理。在此基础上，运用社会网络分析方法作为知识整合的核心关键技术，获得了知识整合规则知识，为不同知识情境下的知识整合提供参考。通过知识整合过程仿真，明晰了网络视角下的知识整合过程，进而提高知识整合效率，加速组织创造新知识。
