Abstract: To qualify the stability of Customer Collaborative Product Innovation System(CCPIS), and maintain the high-efficiency and stable running state, a method of stability analysis was proposed based on Undirected Weighted Graph(UWG). First, the method for determining the strength of the collaborative relationship between innovative agents was put forward which considered their knowledge similarity and interpersonal relation and a undirected weighted graph model of customer collaborative innovation network(CCIN) was built. Second, sort method of node importance of CCIN was introduced based on Laplacian Energy. Then, on basis of unequal probability sampling, the method of stability analysis and process model were constructed and this provided a quantitative solution reference for stability analysis. At last, rationality and feasibility were validated by an instance.

摘要: 为定量分析客户协同产品创新系统的稳定性,维持其高效、稳定的运行状态,提出一种基于无向加权图(Undirected Weighted Graph,UWG)的稳定性分析方法。从创新主体知识相似性和人际关系视角提出了创新主体协同关联强度的定量确定方法,构建了客户协同创新无向加权网络拓扑结构模型;基于拉普拉斯能量算子,建立了无向加权客户协同创新网络的节点重要度排序方法;基于不等概率抽样,提出了不完全信息节点失效模式下的客户协同产品创新系统稳定性分析方法并建立了过程模型,为其稳定性分析提供了定量求解的依据。最后,通过实例验证了该方法的正确性和可行性。
