基于专利的技术机会分析方法研究

Abstract: This paper presents a multi-level framework which contains technical analysis, competitive analysis and potential market analysis to support and systematically identify technological opportunities based on theory of Technology Delivery System. Under the framework, the paper used patent data and integrated technology monitoring, bibliometrics and technology morphology methods to analyze technological opportunities for a specific technology field. The analysis model was applied to guide technology opportunity analysis on dye sensitized solar cell based on DWPI database. The research results show that TiO2 semiconductor film, organic dye, gel electrolyte and Platinum counter electrode is dominate in each component technology filed, and China has relative strong R&D capability in organic dye and Platinum counter electrode field.

摘要: 研究从系统的角度出发,基于技术专递系统,建立了一个从技术分析、竞争环境分析到潜在市场分析的三层分析架构。并在此方法体系下,以专利数据为分析基础,综合运用了技术监测、文献计量学和技术形态等多种手段对特定技术领域的技术机会进行识别和分析。在该方法模型的指导下,本文获取了1991-2012年的染料敏化太阳能电池领域的德温特专利数据,对该领域的关键技术形态和发展热点进行了识别,分析结果显示TiO2半导体薄膜技术、有机染料敏化剂技术、胶状电解质以及铂对电极技术在各子领域具有发展优势,我国在有机染料敏化剂和铂对电极技术领域具有发展优势。
