Abstract: China’s national industrial parks have made great contribution to the economic development, the technical innovation, the optimizing and upgrading of the industrial structure and other aspects in the past 30 years. Based on the co-occurrence of keywords and visualizing technology, the paper constructs the mapping knowledge domains of the policy texts of China’s national industrial parks from 1984 to 2013. The results find that the themes of the policies are mainly concentrated in the five aspects of economic development, innovation development, industrial cooperation, public services and social development, and embodiment of 23 topic keywords. In addition, the evolved development of the policies can be divided into four main stages: initial, developing, stable, and upgrading stages, owning variegated focus in the different phases.

摘要： 30年来，我国国家级产业园区在经济发展、技术创新、产业结构优化和升级等诸多方面都做出了重要贡献。本文运用关键词共现与可视化技术，构建1984年以来国务院及有关部委发布有关国家级产业园区政策文本的知识图谱。结果表明，我国国家级产业园区政策主题关键词主要集中在经济发展、创新发展、产业合作、公共服务和社会发展5个方面，具体表现为23个主题关键词；政策文本的演化发展经历了初始发展、快速发展、稳定发展、升级发展4个阶段，不同阶段具有不同的政策重心。
