Abstract: It reviewed the historical course of China’s intellectual property management with the development of national economy and society, the change of intellectual property system and the reform of scientific and technological system in the past 40 years of reform and opening up. It also summed up the characteristics of intellectual property management, and put forward the relevant enlightenments and future concerns.

摘要： 本文回顾了改革开放四十年来，中国知识产权管理伴随国家经济社会发展、知识产权制度变迁以及科技体制改革的发展历程，总结了知识产权管理的特征，并提出了发展带来的启示与未来关注点。
