Abstract: Based on the bricolage theory, this paper investigates the relationship between the absorptive capacity entrepreneurial bricolage using the survey data of Chinese private technological SMES. It explores the influence mechanism of absorptive capacity on innovation performance. We find that there is a significant positive correlation between absorptive capacity and entrepreneurial bricolage, and the relationship between absorptive capacity and innovation performance is positively significant. The employee dimension of CSR(be kind to employees) moderate the relationship between absorptive capacity and entrepreneurial bricolage positively. The positive relationship between absorptive capacity and entrepreneurial bricolage is stronger in the context of higher level of employee dimension of CSR. Entrepreneurial bricolage plays partial mediation role in the relationship between absorptive capacity and innovation performance. Finally, the results provide managerial implication for the entrepreneurial practice.

摘要: 以创业拼凑理论为基础,采用中国民营科技型中小企业调查数据,实证检验了吸收能力、创业拼凑和创新绩效的关系,探讨了吸收能力对创新绩效的影响机制。结果发现:(1)吸收能力与创业拼凑和创新绩效都有显著的正相关关系。(2)企业员工社会责任(善待员工)正向调节吸收能力与创业拼凑的关系,企业员工社会责任承担水平越高,吸收能力与创业拼凑的正向关系越强。(3)创业拼凑在吸收能力和创新绩效的关系中起部分中介作用,最后为企业管理者实践提出了管理启示。
