对我国机关事业单位收入分配的调查分析——以上海市科技系统为例

Abstract: Through analyzing the income and distribution’s data of departments in Shanghai science and technology system of 10 years, this article made some conclusions about the rules and pointed out some shortcoming of it, We also gave some advices for the office departments further reformation in the future.

摘要: 机关事业单位是我国重要的人力资源集中地,深化机关事业单位的收入分配制度改革,对于吸收人才、留住人才和充分调动人才的积极性、创造性,促进机关事业单位的整体发展有非常重要的意义。本文通过对上海市科技系统机关事业单位近10年来收入分配情况的调查统计,进行了纵向和横向的相互比较分析,并从理论上分析了现行分配制度中存在的不足以及产生这些不足的原因,为今后我国机关事业单位,尤其是科技系统的机关事业单位的员工收入分配制度的改革提供一些建议参考。
