Abstract: The thesis expounds the basic concept of Jiang Ze Ming Thought through which it discusses the process from building our country by science and education,bringing forth new idea by science and technology,and then bringing industrialization to develop deeply by information.The article stresses the theory of progress follow the times in JZM’s thought and instruct us to study the Selections from JZM and conscientiously and firmly carry out JZM’thought of Science and Technology.

摘要： 文章论述了江泽民科技思想的基本内容，并通过对江泽民科技思想从科教兴国→科技创新→以信息化带动工业化的深化、发展过程的论述，突出江泽民与时俱进的理论品质，从而提高学习《江泽民文选》和贯彻江泽民科技思想的自觉性和坚定性。
