我国中小企业专利权质押现状及对策建议

A Study on Present Situation and Countermeasures of Chinese Small and Medium Enterprises in Patent Pledge

摘要： 专利权质押为中小型企业融资提供了一种新的路径,本文以国家知识产权局公布的2008-2012年度专利权质押的相关数据为依据,首先概述了我国专利权质押发展现状,接着从出质人、质权人以及专利权质押标的物三个方面分析了我国中小型企业专利权质押的现状和存在的问题，并在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议。

Abstract: Patent pledge provides a new financing path for small and medium enterprises. According to the annual 2008-2012 patent pledge data published by SIPO of China, this paper firstly summarized the development of patent pledge in our country, and then analyzed the present situation and problem of Chinese small and medium enterprises from three aspects, including pledgers, pledgee and patent pledge objects, at last, put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
