Abstract: The development of industry is inseparable from the support of science and technology, it has important significance for the sustained and healthy development of the industry. The emergency industry is at the initial stage of development, it will enhance its emergency response and rescue capabilities to evaluate the emergency industry technical support ability objectively and scientifically. The study builds emergency industry technical support ability evaluation index from technology investment, technology research and development, technical output and technical services four aspects，use the principal component analysis method to do analysis. The results shows that the emergency technical support ability in our country has serious regional differences. Finally combining the research results, suggestions are presented to improve the technical support capability.
