我国轨道制造:系统创新与转型路径

The System Innovation and Transition Paths of China's Rail Manufacturing—Leapfrog development and innovation and transformation practice

摘要: 轨道制造是中国改革开放以来通过系统创新,实现产业转型与战略重组的成功典范。本文通过对我国轨道制造创新发展的回顾,总结了我国轨道制造实现跨越式发展的轨迹;解析了基于国内外创新资源及体制比较优势,构筑系统创新平台,形成战略重组布局与独特转型发展路径,以提升中国制造的创新能力、整合能力和协调能力,并由此获得若干有价值的启示和结论。

关键词: 轨道制造, 系统创新, 转型路径

Abstract: Since China's introduction of the reform and opening policy, the rail manufacturing has been regarded as an illustration to realize the industrial transformation and strategic restructuring by system innovation. By researching on the innovative development course & status of China’s rail manufacturing, the basic course about rail transit equipment manufacturing industry developing by leaps and bounds has been discussed. Further, to enhance the China manufacturing innovation ability, integration ability and the coordinated ability, the laws of the strategic reorganization and the unique transformational development have been made known, by way of making an analysis on the comparative advantage of resources and innovative system between home and abroad and building the platform of system innovation. And from that, some valuable conclusions and recommendations for development of China’s rail transit equipment manufacturing industry in coming decade.
