不同生命周期阶段企业OI与TI的匹配机制研究

Research on the matching mechanism between OI and TI of enterprises in different life cycle stages

摘要: 基于不同生命周期阶段企业创新活动的侧重点不同,形成以组织创新(OI)、技术创新(TI)和创新效率为核心的分析框架。以249家高技术制造企业为调研对象,重点运用多元回归法,对不同生命周期阶段企业OI与TI如何匹配进行了分析和验证。主要结果为:初创期企业OI显著性地增强TI对创新效率的作用,且TI对创新效率的影响较OI更为显著;成长期企业TI显著性地增强OI对创新效率的作用,OI与TI分别对创新效率的影响较初创期更为显著;成熟期企业OI与TI的交互作用显著影响着创新效率,同时两者分别对创新效率有着相当的影响程度。

Abstract: Based on the different focus on innovation activities of enterprises in different life cycle stages, this research constructs an analytical framework about the core of organizational innovation (OI), technological innovation (TI) and innovation efficiency. Further, using a sample of 249 high-tech manufacturing enterprises, this research makes an empirical analysis of the matching mechanism between OI and TI of enterprises in different life cycle stages by use of multiple regression analysis method. The main conclusions are drawn as follows: In start-up stage of enterprises, OI significantly enhances the role of TI impact on innovation efficiency, and the influence on innovation efficiency produced by TI is more significant than produced by OI. In growing stage, TI significantly enhances the role of OI impact on innovation efficiency, and the effects on innovation efficiency respectively produced by OI and TI are more significant than in start-up stage. In maturity stage, the interaction between OI and TI significantly affects innovation efficiency, while OI and TI have a considerable influence on innovation efficiency.
