The Research of R&D Outsourcing Process: the Dynamic Evolution of Efficient and Innovative R&D Outsourcing mode

摘要： 摘 要：本文从社会网络和核心能力视角，以企业成长阶段为时间序列，通过对206个样本的单因素方差分析（ANOVA）、LSD和Tamhane T2检验，揭示企业初始、发展和成熟三个阶段的效率型和创新型研发外包演化规律。研究结果表明：从企业的初始阶段、发展阶段到成熟阶段，效率型研发外包模式的主导地位逐渐降低，而创新型研发外包模式的主导地位逐渐增强。效率和创新型外包模式动态转换，为企业研发外包的实施和应用提供决策依据。

Abstract: Abstract:From the perspective of social networks and core competencies, this paper reveals the dynamic evolution of efficient and innovative R&D outsourcing based on the enterprises’ growth stage: initial enterprise, development and maturity. Through 206 samples of single factor analysis of variance (ANOVA), LSD and Tamhane T2 test, the results show that from initial, development to maturity, the dominant position of efficient R&D outsourcing decreased, while the dominant position of innovative R&D outsourcing gradually, which provides good suggestion and advice for R&D outsourcing implementation and decision-making.
