沟通的错位:公众风险认知与科学议题报道

Dislocation of Communication: Public Risk Perception and Scientific Issues Report

摘要: 日常生活中,由于科学的不确定性以及自身认知的局限性,普通公众通常是通过常识而非科学知识本身来判断现代科学风险的。具体而言,他们更多从科学伦理、利益归因与政府监管三个层面来质疑科学应用的安全性。但我国科学传播与公众风险认知之间存在错位,这需要主流媒体更好的承担其风险沟通功能,多角面,全方位地报道科学议题,引导广泛而深入的社会讨论,从而促进公众达成相对理性成熟的观点。

Abstract: Abstract: In daily life, due to scientific uncertainty and the limitations of self cognition, the general public is usually through common sense rather than scientific knowledge itself to judge the risk of modern science. Specifically, they doubt the scientific risk through three angles : government regulation , technology ethics, and benefit from. But there is dislocation between China's science and technology communication and public risk perception. Our mainstream media should undertake their risk communication function: lead multi angle, all-round coverage of scientific issues report, guide the extensive and in-depth discussions in society, so as to promote the public to reach a point of view that is relatively rational and mature.
