Dynamics of low-Carbon technological advances performance: theory and evidence

摘要: 技术进步在相关环境问题中往往被认为是万能的政策工具。基于此,研究以环境问题中的二氧化碳排放为切入点,采用构建SDE(随机微分方程)模型方法,应用中国相关数据实证分析技术进步在削减二氧化碳排放的动态绩效机制。研究发现,技术进步在削减二氧化碳排放方面存在绩效逐步递减的趋势。这种逐步递减趋势,表明有必要综合考虑短期、长期技术进步激励政策。由此,提出改善激励制度优先,通过制度变革方式提升技术进步绩效的构想。

Abstract: Technological advances are often considered the relevant environmental issues are universal policy tool. Based on this, study offers an example of carbon emissions, using the SDE (stochastic differential equation) model approach and empirical data analysis application of Chinese technological advances in the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions dynamic performance mechanisms. The study found that the performance gradually decreasing trend of technological progress in the reduction of the presence of carbon dioxide emissions. It is necessary to improve the incentive system proposed priorities.
