基于破坏性创新的后发企业竞争优势构建路径分析

The Construction of Latecomer Firms’ Competitive Advantage Based on Disruptive Innovation

摘要: 随着全球化的推进,越来越多的跨国公司在发展中国家市场上建立起领先的市场优势地位。作为最大的发展中国家,我国本土企业正面临着前所未有的市场竞争压力,并急需通过竞争能力的提升来改变市场地位落后的现状。本文以破坏性创新理论为基础,研究和探讨了后发企业竞争优势构建的相关问题,研究发现:相较于模仿创新和自主创新,破坏性创新更适合不具有技术优势的后发企业;此外,借助联发科公司的案例深入探讨了后发企业如何通过破坏性创新构建企业竞争优势,研究发现:在中国通讯技术由2G到3G、再到4G的演进过程中,联发科公司的竞争优势构建分别经历了机会识别、价值网络重构、主流市场破坏等一系列过程。

Abstract: Along with the advancement of globalization, more and more multinational companies in developing countries to build a leading market dominant position in the market.As the largest developing country, China's domestic enterprises are facing unprecedented market competition pressure and need to improve the ability of the competition to change the backward market position.This paper studies the construction of latecomer firms’ competitive advantage based on the China’s mobile phone chip market. The study found that, disruptive innovation is more suitable for the latecomer firms who lack of technical advantage compared with independent innovation. In addition,though the analysis of MediaTek,this paper although discusses the construction of latecomer firm’s competitive advantage based on disruptive innovation.The study found that,in the process of the evolution of communication technology in China,the construction of MediaTek’s competitive advantage include opportunity identification, value network reconfiguration and high-end market disruption.
