摘要: 在经济增长和技术进步的研究领域中,技术学习与创新一直是学者们研究的焦点,管理学习与创新作为另一个促进经济增长和技术进步的因子,则很少被学术界讨论。鉴于此,本研究在现有理论基础上,构建了管理学习与技术进步的关系模型,并选取1978-2013年之间的中国宏观层面的经济数据和三家典型企业,运用数理统计方法和多案例研究法,对命题进行了验证。结果显示,管理学习与创新对中国技术进步的贡献达到45%;其微观作用机制包括效率导向、成本导向和技术机会导向三种。
Abstract: In the field of economic growth and technological growth, researchers have focused on technological learning and innovation. Although managerial learning makes a contribution to economic growth and technological progress, few studies have been down so far. Given this, the study constructed a theory model for the relationship between managerial learning and technological progress, based on current literature. The study tested propositions with China economy data from 1978 to 2013 and three typical firms, based on methods of mathematical statistics and multiple cases study. At last, we find that, managerial learning contributed to technological progress as more as 45%; and there are three mechanisms here, including efficiency - oriented, cost- oriented and technology opportunities- oriented.
