知识转移绩效影响因素分析

Intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy based DEMATEL method for analyzing influence factors of konwlege transfer performance

摘要: 采用基于梯形直觉模糊数改进的DEMATEL方法对知识转移绩效的影响因素进行了分析,主要发现:(1)高关联强度、知识源的转移能力和转移动机是知识转移绩效的中心重要影响因素;(2)知识本身的因果模糊性、复杂性、内隐性等特征因素,是决定知识转移绩效的主要原因因素;(3)对影响度较高和中心度较高的影响因素进行管理和优化,是提升组织知识转移绩效的关键所在。本研究结论表明,对知识转移绩效影响因素的研究虽然趋于成熟,但仍需在各因素间影响方式和影响机制上进行深入研究。

Abstract: The main influencing factors of knowledge transfer performance are analyzed using DEMATEL method based on trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy number. The main findings are as follows: The high correlation intensity, the transfer ability of knowledge source and the transfer motivation are the important influencing factors of knowledge transfer performance; The causality, complexity and implicitness of knowledge itself are the main factors that determine the performance of knowledge transfer. The management and optimization of the influencing factors with high degree of influence and high degree of centralism, Is the key to improving the performance of knowledge transfer. The conclusion of this study shows that although the research on the factors affecting the performance of knowledge transfer tends to mature, it is still necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the impact patterns and impact mechanisms among various factors..
