身份与制度建构下的技术转移平台服务创新

摘要: 技术转移平台企业在平衡社会和商业利益中存在服务创新的困境,现有理论对其缺乏解释。本文基于制度理论的混合组织视角,梳理典型平台企业服务产品和模式的研发案例,挖掘服务创新的过程机制。研究发现平台企业通过组织身份工作应对制度复杂性并促进制度变革,解释了创新过程中组织身份工作的内容和策略,以及平台企业利用身份与制度建构的三种关系模式。研究将组织身份与制度环境、制度化结果前后连接,揭示了平台企业在共存而差异的逻辑中完成产品和模式创新的完整路径。研究的实践意义在于指导科技服务企业的产品研发与服务升级,引导企业从战略、组织模式等方面寻求突破,以平衡科技服务公益性和营利性的逻辑冲突。

Abstract: Technology transfer platform enterprises have the dilemma of service innovation in balancing social and commercial interests, which is not explained by existing theories. Based on the hybrids organization perspective of institutional theory, it combed the R & D cases of typical service products and models of platform enterprises, and explored the process of service innovation. It found that platform enterprises respond to the institutional complexity and promote institutional change through organizational identity work. It explained the content and strategy of organizational identity work in the process of innovation, as well as three relationship models of the construction between identity and institution. The research linked organizational identity with institutional environment and institutionalized results, revealing the complete path for platform enterprises to complete product and model innovation in the different logics. The practical significance of the research lies in guiding the product R & D and service upgrading of science and technology service enterprises, guiding enterprises to seek breakthroughs from the aspects of strategy and organizational model, so as to balance the logical conflict between the commonweal and profit-making of science and technology service.
