青年科研人员情感负荷影响因素模型构建

摘要: 青年科研人员是科研创新活动的主体,是科研成果产出的重要力量。探讨青年科研人员情感负荷产生的影响因素,有利于为科研人员的情感服务提供参考。本文主要通过科研社交平台获取原始资料,并以半结构化访谈作为数据补充。使用NVivo工具对原始资料进行编码,从用户、过程、环境和服务4个维度构建青年科研人员情感负荷影响因素分析框架。研究表明,青年科研人员情感负荷是在科研周期过程视域下,由外部环境层及服务层影响因素与内部用户层影响因素相互作用产生的结果。科研用户自身是情感负荷产生最直接的内驱动性因素;科研周期是循环作用的中介性因素;学科环境、工作环境、家庭环境和信息机构是间接作用的外驱动性因素。

Abstract: Young scientific researchers are the main body of scientific research innovation activities and an important force for the output of scientific research results. To explore the influencing factors of the emotional load of young scientific researchers is helpful to provide a reference for the emotional service of scientific researchers. This article mainly obtains the original data through the scientific research social platform, and supplements the data with semi-structured interviews. We use NVivo tools to encode the original data, and then analyze the influencing factors of the emotional load of young researchers from the four dimensions of user, process, environment and service. Research shows that the emotional load of young scientific researchers is the result of the interaction between external environmental, service-level influencing factors and internal user-level influencing factors, from the perspective of the scientific research cycle. Scientific research users themselves are the most direct internal driving factors for emotional load; scientific research cycle is the intermediary factor of circular action; subject environment, working environment, family environment and information institutions are indirect external driving factors.
