基于技术成熟度的科技成果转化模式策略研究———以中科院宁波材料所为例

Research on the Strategy of Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation Mode Based on Technology Readiness Level: A Case Study of Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, CAS

摘要: 科技成果成功转化与转化模式的选择关系密切。以中科院宁波材料所的科技成果转化模式管理为例,探究科研机构科技成果转化时技术成熟度与转化模式的内在联系。研究表明,技术成熟度与科技成果转化模式之间的合适匹配能显著促进科技成果的成功转化。为提高科技成果转化效率,科研机构应基于技术成熟度对其科技成果转化模式进行优化管理,对于处于不同技术成熟度的科技成果,应该优先选择与之相适应的转化模式。

Abstract: The successful transformation of scientific and technological achievements is closely related to the choice of transformation mode. Taking the transformation mode management of scientific and technological achievements of Ningbo Institute of materials technology and engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences as an example, this paper explores the relationship between technology readiness level and transformation mode of scientific and technological achievements. The research shows that the appropriate matching between technology readiness level and transformation mode of scientific and technological achievements can significantly promote the successful transformation of scientific and technological achievements. In order to promote the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements, scientific research institutions should optimize the management of their transformation mode based on the technology readiness level. For scientific and technological achievements in different technology readiness level, the appropriate transformation mode corresponding to them should be chosen first.
