摘要: 如何通过发展国际服务外包,提升我国现代服务业的发展水平,是一个重要的课题。本文首先分析了国际服务外包对承包方的影响,而后基于OECD关于知识密集型服务活动与创新的新观点,论证了发展国际服务外包推动了我国的知识密集型服务创新,最后提出了我国发展国际服务外包的若干思路。

Abstract: It is important for China to improve the development level of Modern Service Industry by developing International Service Outsourcing. In this paper, firstly the influence on the developing countries that contract the service outsourcing projects is analyzed. Then based on the viewpoint of OECD about Innovation & KISA, it is demonstrated that developing the International Service Outsourcing will promote Innovation of Knowledge-Intensive Service in China. Finally, some suggestions on developing the International Service Outsourcing in China are put forward.
