我国IT企业新产品开发中的技术获取模式研究

摘要:

恰当的技术获取模式对IT企业新产品的快速开发具有重要意义。本文从技术特性、企业特性、环境特性三个维度探讨了新产品开发中内部研发、合作研发和外部购买三种技术获取模式选择的影响因素,提出了相应的假设,并以国内IT企业为样本进行了实证分析。研究发现:技术特性、企业特性和环境特性中的诸多因素都会对企业的技术获取模式选择产生影响,但研发经验、政府相关支持政策、企业对新技术成为市场标准的需求度未能像以往学者所发现的那样具有显著的影响。

Abstract:

Appropriate technology acquisition mode is very important to develop new product rapidly for IT enterprises. In the paper, the influential factors in the choice of the three technology acquisition modes including in-house R&D, R&D cooperation, and technology purchasing are explored from three aspects: characteristics of technology, characteristics of the enterprise and characteristics of environments. Relative hypothesis are proposed and empirical analysis are conducted using the sample of the Chinese Information Technology enterprises. The results indicate that many factors in the characteristics of technology, enterprise and environments have impacts on the choice of technology acquisition modes. However, R&D experience,government support system and the enterprise’s need for standardization of a new technology has no significant effect on the choice of the three technology acquisition mode, which are different from the results from other research.
