网络结构、关系互动对创新活动的影响——苏州IT产业集群实证分析

Network structure, ties interaction and innovation activities——the empirical study of Suzhou IT industrial cluster

摘要: 产业集群作为一种中间性网络组织,其生产力的增进与竞争的持续,都是在企业网络互动中进行,因此,从网络视角来探讨产业集群的创新议题就尤为重要。以跨国公司主导的苏州IT产业集群为案例,借助网络理论及其分析工具,分析从先进国家或地区转移过来的集群所呈现出的结构特征及其关系联结对集群创新活动的影响。研究发现:(1)网络结构具有中心势不高、强的关系联结、小团体互动和中介协调等特征;(2)基于不同知识基础的创新活动需要建构不同的网络关系组合和相应调适的网络结构;(3)网络互动是基于技术相似性和技术关联性在行业内部和行业间展开。

Abstract: Industrial cluster, as a hybrid network form, whose accumulating of productivity and sustainable competition are both deployed within the interaction of interfirm network embedded global network. Therefore, it is vital importance of exploring the innovation of industrial cluster from network perspective. The paper, taking the Suzhou IT cluster, a multination-dominated cluster, as an empirical study, analyzes the relationship between network structure features, ties linked different actors with cluster innovation. Some important conclusions were found: Firstly, the network structure have the characteristics of appropriate network centralization, strong ties, interaction with clique and coordinate role. Secondly, different innovative activities based differentiated knowledge base need to formalize distinctive portfolio of ties and adaptive network structure. Thirdly, network interaction is to be proceeded based on actors’ technological similarity and connectivity between intra-industry and inter-industry.
