Abstract:

As is the momentous strategic decisions relevant to realizing the great aspirations of national socialistic modernization. Followed with the advent of information economy era, the status of immaterial asset among the whole assets continually increased. Hence, it is critically important to protect and utilize IP to build an innovational country. In this article: firstly, it introduces the general concept from three constitutional facets; secondly, it analyses the IP securitization from the perspective of key technologies; thirdly, it analyzes the beneficial inspirations based on the Japan and America IP securitization practice; lastly, it proposes the developing policies based on expounding the favorable IP securitization factors in our country.

摘要： 随着知识经济时代的到来，以知识产权为核心的无形资产在整个资产构成中的地位不断上升，因此要建设创新型国家，知识产权的保护和利用将起着至关重要的作用。本文介绍了知识产权证券化的基本概念；从重点分析关键技术的角度介绍了知识产权证券化的运作流程；在略述了日本和美国知识产权证券化的基础上，得出对于我国的有益启示；最后详细论证了我国实施知识产权证券化的有利因素和发展策略。
