Abstract: It analyzed identification method of patent-intensive industries, copyright-intensive industries and trademark-intensive industries in China. Then it studied economic and employment contribution value and contribution rate of intellectual property intensive industries during the period from Year 2008 to Year 2010. And the result was compared with the economic and employment contribution of intellectual property industries in both U.S.A and EU. At the end of this paper the development and research direction of intellectual property intensive industries in our country was given according to the specific context of China’s current economic transformation and implementation of the national intellectual property strategy.

摘要： 对中国专利密集型产业、版权密集型产业和商标密集型产业的构建方法进行深入分析，研究了2008年-2010年间知识产权密集型产业对我国GDP以及就业人数的贡献值和贡献率，并与美国和欧盟的知识产权密集型产业对经济及就业的贡献进行了对比和分析，根据已有产业政策以及知识产权密集型产业的价值和意义分析了其对我国经济转型及国家知识产权战略实施的重要性。
