Abstract: It is of great practical significance and value for enhancing the level of China’s IPR creation, application and industrialization, also for governments’ policy-making and enterprises’ strategy-upgrading that clarifying the definition, scope and statistical classification of intellectual property industries. At present, intellectual property industries are still the emerging-industry types in the frontier fields of competition. The developed countries such as the United States are increasingly accelerating the research and layout on the IP- related industries. By summarizing domestic and foreign research productions of the IP- related industries and drawing on the methods and criteria of the WIPO and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in defining the related industries, this paper puts forward at the first time systematic definition, and identifies the statistical classification, key fields and the corresponding GB/T4754-2011 code of China’s intellectual property industry with several statistical methods.

摘要： 明确知识产权产业的概念范畴和统计分类体系对加速提升我国知识产权创造、运用与产业化水平，指导各级政府制定支持政策、企业升级竞争战略具有重大现实意义与实践价值。目前知识产权产业仍属于前沿竞争领域的新兴产业类型，以美国为代表的发达国家正加速对知识产权相关产业的探索和布局，文章通过系统梳理国内外知识产权相关产业的研究成果，借鉴 WIPO和美国专利商标局的相关行业界定方法与标准，结合我国发展实际，首次系统地提出我国知识产权产业的统计界定，并运用多种统计分析方法，确定了我国知识产权产业的行业类别与重点领域以及相应国民经济行业代码。
