原始性创新的路径、方法与实证研究
Abstract: By building the BP-DEMATEL model for research on the influence factors of original innovation environment, the paper analyses the importance of indexes about the influence factors of original innovation environment in three groups: Nobel laureates, academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE). Through the centrality and cause degree test, we can draw three kinds of influence factors: main environmental influence factors, reason factors and result factors. Comparing on main environmental influence factors of three groups, the paper explores differences about original innovation environment in academicians and Nobel laureates, and puts forward some policies and suggestions to improve the original innovation environment in Mainland China.
摘要: 通过对原始性创新环境影响因素研究的BP-DEMATEL模型的构建,分别对物理学领域的诺贝尔获得者、中科院院士和工程院院士三类群体数据的原始性创新环境影响因素进行指标重要性分析。通过中心度与原因度测试,得出主要环境影响因素、原因类影响因素和结果类影响因素。进而对三类群体的主要环境类影响因素实施比较,探寻两院院士与诺贝尔奖获得者在原始性创新环境方面的差异性,并有针对性地提出改善中国大陆地区原始性创新环境的相关政策与建议。
