Abstract: For Technology-Oriented Small and Micro Enterprises with insufficient resource endowment and management experience, it is of great significance to carry out acquired learning to improve their level of management. Based on resource-based theory and dynamic capability theory, this paper empirically studies the relationships among acquisitive learning, learning orientation, and management innovation using a sample of 189 Technology-Oriented Small and Micro Enterprises in Shunde Region of Guangdong Province. Results shows that: (1)Acquisitive learning has a positive influence on management innovation; (2)Open-mindedness and shared vision both can positively facilitate the acquisitive learning, and the complementarity of open-mindedness and shared vision also has a positive effect on acquisitive learning; (3)Open-mindedness can positively moderate the relationship between acquisitive learning and management innovation, while shared vision negatively moderates this relationship.
摘要: 对于资源禀赋不足、管理经验匮乏的科技型小微企业,开展获得式学习对其管理水平的提升有着重要意义。以科技型小微企业为研究对象,整合动态能力理论和资源基础理论,分析获得式学习对管理创新引进的影响机制及边界条件。运用广东省顺德地区189家科技型小微企业的问卷调查数据进行实证检验,结果表明:获得式学习对于科技型小微企业管理创新的引进有着显著的促进作用;开放心智和共同愿景均对获得式学习有着显著的促进作用,而且二者的交互效应也对获得式学习有着显著的正向影响;此外,开放心智正向调节获得式学习和管理创新之间的关系,而共同愿景负向调节获得式学习和管理创新之间的关系。
