Abstract: the harmony between science and technology and law determines the degree of human civilization. With the rapid development of S&T, the law is playing a more and more important role, and the fusion of S&T and law has been paying more attention. Firstly, this paper study the characteristics of the fusion of S&T and law. Then, it discusses the inevitability of the fusion of S&T and law from the perspective of philosophy, the history of S&T and the jurisprudence. Finally, the paper discussed the objective and the path of the fusion of S&T and law.

摘要： 科技与法治的和谐状况决定了人类文明的程度。随着科技迅猛发展，法治在科技发展中的作用越来越突出，科技与法治的融合问题日益受到重视。论文首先从现代科技与法治融合的特点出发，分别从哲学、科技史和法理学的视角对科技与法治融合的必然性进行分析，最后对科技与法治融合的目标和实现路径进行了初步探讨。
