Abstract: Judicial science and technology is the important guarantee of impartial judicature. With the progress of modern science and technology, especially with the rapid development and widespread use of information technology, judicial science and technology has applied widely to the aspects of facts fixing, finding of facts, application of law and judicial office work. More and more information, automation and intelligence of facts fixing, finding of facts, application of law and judicial office work are the main trend of contemporary judicial science and technology, and will have an far-reaching impact on the justice system.

摘要： 司法科技是公正司法的重要保障。随着当代科技的进步，特别是信息技术的迅猛发展和广泛运用，司法科技除了用于认定案件事实之外，司法机关在司法办公、固定事实等方面亦开始大规模使用当代技术；同时，人工智能技术的发展亦促进了适用法律工作的技术化。固定事实、认定事实、适用法律和司法办公等工作均达到一定程度的信息化、自动化、智能化是当代司法科技发展的主要趋势，并且将对司法工作本身产生重要而深远的影响。
