风险承担与环境不确定对新产品开发的研究

摘要: 在全球性经济危机的影响下,企业家希望通过新产品开发带领企业走出困境。环境不确定和企业家风险承担是影响新产品开发的重要因素。然而,长期以来的研究却始终没有将两个重要因素联系起来进行研究。文章在分析市场环境的不确定性和风险承担的基础上,挖掘出市场环境的不确定性与企业家风险承担的内在相适应的匹配关系,并将其运用于中国的高新技术企业进行实例考察,分析结果与结论一致。

Abstract: Under the influence of international economic crisis, entrepreneurs want to lead their enterprises out of the current difficulties by new product development. The uncertainty of the market environment and the risk taking of the entrepreneurs are two crucial factors for new product development. However, previous researches have not built connections between these two important factors. Based on the analysis of these two significant factors, internal corresponding relationship between the uncertainty of the market environment and the risk taking was dug out. Then two propositions were proposed and tested with empirical study with the results conforming to the propositions.
