基于技术整合的技术多元化与企业绩效研究

Research on The Relationship of Technological Diversification and Firm Performance Based on Technology Integration

摘要： 在技术多元化与企业绩效关系研究中，现有文献忽略了技术整合对两者关系的影响。论文基于高新技术上市公司面板数据，实证研究技术多元化与企业绩效关系以及技术整合在两者关系的调节效应。研究结果表明，技术多元化与企业绩效呈倒U型的关系；技术整合能力正向调节技术多元化与企业绩效关系，技术整合组织保障正向调节技术多元化与企业绩效关系。企业在实施技术多元化战略的同时，需要提高企业技术整合能力和提供必要的技术整合组织保障。

Abstract: The existing literature researching on the relationship of technological diversification and firm performance have ignored the impact on the relationship of technological diversification and firm performance of technology integration. The paper is an empirical research on the relationship of technological diversification and firm performance and the moderating effects of technology integration based on panel data of the Listed High-tech Companies. The research results show that technological diversification have an inversed U relationship on firm performance. Technology integration capability has a significant positive moderating effects on the relationship between technological diversification and firm performance. Technology integration organization has a significant positive moderating effects on the relationship between technological diversification and firm performance. It is essential that the firm should increase technology integration capability and provide technology integration organization when the firm implement the strategy of technological diversification.
