Abstract: This paper focuses on the impact of contract control and contract coordination on the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge transfer, and the moderating effects of environmental dynamism. The research hypothesis are verified by 248 surveys data of Chinese manufacturing enterprises. The results show that contract control has a positive impact on the efficiency of knowledge transfer; contract coordination has a positive impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of knowledge transfer, and has a stronger impact on the effectiveness of knowledge transfer. In addition, environmental dynamism positively moderates the relationship between contract control and knowledge transfer efficiency and effectiveness. Environmental dynamism negatively moderates the relationship between contract coordination and knowledge transfer effectiveness. By identifying the factors that promote the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge transfer, this paper deepens the understanding of contract control and contract coordination. At the same time, this paper can also guide enterprises to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge transfer by adjusting the intensity of contract control and contract coordination according to different environmental dynamism situations, so as to achieve the goal of knowledge transfer.
