创新创业联合提升企业绩能了吗

Will Innovative and Entrepreneurial together Improve to Enterprise Performance and Capability:

摘要: 新创在孵企业实施创业导向和创新驱动战略,呈现出高风险性、高失败率和高异质性等特征,如何将创新创业实践循序渐进并稳中求胜,这是学术界竞相探索的议题。本研究基于网络惯例和知识螺旋视角,构建“创新驱动与创业导向—网络惯例—企业绩能”的结构方程模型,并结合中国情境天津市内16个区新创在孵企业调研数据开展实证分析。结果表明,创新驱动、创业导向和网络惯例分别积极显著影响企业绩能,创新驱动和创业导向分别积极显著影响网络惯例;同时也发现网络惯例存在中介效应,知识螺旋正向调节网络惯例的中介效应,进一步考察不同水平知识螺旋开发能力的影响差异。

Abstract: The newly incubated startups implement entrepreneurial orientation and innovative drive strategies facing high risks, high failure ratios and high heterogeneity, and how to practice innovation and entrepreneurship step by step steady win, which has aroused academic community to explore the issue. On the basis of theories of network routine and knowledge spiral, this paper establishes the “Entrepreneurial orientation and innovative drive --- Network routine --- Enterprise performance and capability” structural equation model, and carries out empirical analysis using the samples of newly incubated startups in Chinese context Tianjin six areas and the surrounding areas. The results show that the innovative drive, entrepreneurial orientation and network routine respectively affect the enterprise performance and capability positively and significantly, and the innovative drive and entrepreneurial orientation respectively affects the network embedding positively and significantly, and the network routine generates partial mediating effects, and the knowledge spiral positively adjusts the mediating effects of network routine, and further study the affect difference of the different levels of knowledge spiral development capacity.
