Abstract: Small and Medium Enterprises’ (called SMEs)blooming demand is the precondition for the development of Science and Technology Services (called S&TSs) industry. Based on Perception Theory and Absorptive Capacity Theory,we put forward the conceptual model of SMEs’ purchase intention for S&TSs. Data to test the model were collected from 536 SMEs by interviewing the key informants who are in charge of purchasing S&TSs. Results suggest that only three dimensions of perceived S&TS risk have significant negative effect on SMEs’ purchase intention for S&TSs , and that all five dimensions of perceived S&TSs value have significant positive effect on SMEs’ purchase intention for S&TSs .Result also suggests absorptive capacity plays moderating roles in these effects .The results of research can explain why the demand for S&TSs has not yet been fully developed and provide a realistic basis for suggestions for the development of S&TSs and SMEs.
摘要: 中小企业旺盛的需求是科技服务业健康发展的保证。本文基于感知理论和吸收能力理论,构建了影响中小企业科技服务购买意愿的概念模型。以苏州536家企业为样本的实证研究结果表明,科技服务感知风险只有三个维度对中小企业科技服务购买意愿有显著负向关关系;科技服务感知价值全部五个维度对中小企业科技服务购买意愿有显著正向关系,吸收能力在其中的调节作用明显。研究成果为科技服务需求不足给出了合理解释,为今后科技服务机构和中小企业发展提出对策建议。
