摘要： 苏联科学社会学是在科学学的框架下产生和发展的。受意识形态的严重影响，20世纪30年代社会学被禁止研究。斯大林去世后，苏联重新开始对科学社会学的研究。20世纪60年代是科学的黄金时期，也是科学社会学的成熟时期。

Abstract: Soviet sociology of science emerged and developed in the framework of science studies and was prohibited under the Serious influence of the ideology in the 1930s .After Stalin’s death, Soviet made a fresh start for the sociology of science research in the 1960s which is the golden age of science and the maturity period of sociology of science.
