面向开放式协同创新的合作伙伴能力评价研究

Evaluation Study on the Collaborative Partners of Open Collaboration Innovation Network: Hybrid Multi-criteria Decision Methodology

摘要: 以企业为中心,本研究首先对开放式创新环境下的合作伙伴进行分类,并构建了一种连接外部合作伙伴和企业技术创新、产品开发流程的开放式协同创新网络模型。在此基础上,结合对协同创新的4种协作模式(创新发起、产权交易、合作项目、创新联盟)分析,构建了整合难度、交易成本、协同保障、创新能力、交互质量和履约能力等6个评价合作伙伴能力的准则及评价标准,并应用DEMATEL-ANP法交叉分析各准则之间的影响关系和重要程度。进一步地,运用多准则决策方法来评价外部合作伙伴的能力,其中重点采用模糊距离测度法对基于模糊数的评价结果进行了决策。最后,结合具体实证对文中所提出的理论方法进行验证,结果显示:在评价者不同的决策态度(保守、冒险、中立)下,均能取得一致性的合作伙伴能力评价结论。

Abstract: This article firstly classifies the external resources into five innovation cycles, and then an open collaborative innovation network model is constructed. Furthermore, based on analysis on the collaboration modes including innovative initiatives, IPR transactions, joint projects and innovation alliance, six evaluation indexes are built including integration easiness, invested capital, collaboration guarantee, innovative capacity, communication easiness and contract-performing capability combining the ranking standard, then a DEMTEL-ANP based methodology is adopted to analyze the influence and correlation relationship. Afterwards, a fuzzy evaluation method through multiple experts’ viewpoints is utilized to assess the comprehensive capacities of external resources, in which a fuzzy instance measure method is adopted to compare the fuzzy numbers relating to each candidate. In the final, a case study was taken to verify the proposed theory and methodology, which comes up with a consistent evaluation result under different attitudes (conservative, risky and neutral) of experts. The outcome of this study can be of reference for those enterprises during their process of selection, evaluation and management of external resources under collaborative innovation scenario.
