论技术创新与商业模式创新的关系研究

摘要： 在对创新问题的研究中，技术创新与商业模式创新经常被区别对待甚至对立起来。本文通过对创新概念的辨析，将传统的创新概念拓展为人们对系统的所有改进活动；因此，技术创新和商业模式创新均可表述为由资源和能力、决策及价值成果三要素组成的多主体共同参与的、复杂的动态创新过程。每个主体都受各自目标的驱使，在各自资源约束下，通过个体和交互的创新行为不断突破资源约束和目标，以创造更好的新的产品、过程和服务。将技术创新与商业模式创新相结合有助于对创新进行更为定量和形式化的描述和分析。

Abstract: In the study of innovation, technological innovation and business model innovation is often treated differently even opposition. By discriminating innovative concept to expand the traditional system improvement activities; technological innovation and business model innovation can be expressed by the resources and ability, decision-making and value elements to participate in multi-agent complex dynamic innovation process. Driven by their own goal of each subject in their respective resource constraints, continue to make breakthroughs resource constraints and objectives, and to create new and better products, processes and services. Combined contribute more quantitative and formal description and analysis of the innovation of technology innovation and business model innovation.
